We’re a no-contract workout and wellness destination offering fitness experiences focused on the attainment of results. We’re committed to personal growth and achievement – yours – and we’re here to encourage and empower you. We don’t believe in ‘one’ – one way, one school of thought, or one method. Instead, we offer you a collection of approaches, routes and outlooks to help you on your journey of personal transformation.

Banish boredom and overcome progress plateaus by training one-on-one with any of our expert performance coaches. Escape mundane, run-of-the-mill group workouts and book onto any of our Series – a course of classes run over six weeks in which you learn skills and perform workouts based on anything from cage fighting to contemporary dance. Or simply become a member and enjoy no-fuss, solo workouts in our purpose-built gym.

Our team of experienced and inspirational coaches includes national and international champions in athletics, sport, fitness, bodybuilding and figure shaping, as well as some of the leading educators in the fitness industry.

Our results-focused approach blends proven methodologies and time-honed experience to deliver targeted results.

Club Membership

Windowless shells stuffed with equipment, the claim-to-fame of most modern-day gyms is the number of hours they are open, the organic thread-count of their hand-made sweat towels, or the thousands of members they have. Not us.

Filled with natural light and free of excessive equipment, we’ve created purposeful workout spaces for you to move in freely. Our centrally-located venue is free from attitude, judgement and hassle. And our no-contract membership means you can come for a month or stay for a year.

Located in Southwark, our centre combines minimalist style and practical functionality so that you can work out your way using our Olympic lifting platform, free weights, cable equipment, vibration plate and functional kit.

Fitness Classes

A workout a week for six weeks focused on the progressive achievement of a set goal. Sweat, burn calories and build fitness all while you learn, work towards and master the goal of that series.

There are different Series* to choose from and each Series targets a different goal – from mastering Muay Thai techniques to perfecting the handstand, from performing a contemporary dance routine to learning the top tricks of cage fighting.

Led by world-class athletes, performers, champions and trainers, The Series offers a collection of small group workouts (capped at just 14 people or less, depending on the Series) that nourish the mind, improve the body and stimulate the soul.

*The Series are not included in a membership and you do not need to be a member to book onto a Series
