A workout a week for six weeks focused on the progressive achievement of a set goal. Sweat, burn calories and build fitness all while you learn, work towards and master the goal of that series.
There are different Series* to choose from and each Series targets a different goal – from mastering Muay Thai techniques to perfecting the handstand, from performing a contemporary dance routine to learning the top tricks of cage fighting.
Led by world-class athletes, performers, champions and trainers, The Series offers a collection of small group workouts (capped at just 14 people or less, depending on the Series) that nourish the mind, improve the body and stimulate the soul.
