Our group indoor cycling course has been designed to offer you the skills needed to plan and deliver varied, fun and effective indoor cycling classes.

Study the training methods and riding techniques, class structure, adaptations and progressions, as well as planning to assess and minimise risk.

We offer the course part time, helping you to fit your study into your lifestyle, and once completed successfully you’ll receive 16 CPD points when you log the training with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).

Group Indoor Cycling Course



Group indoor cycling is a technical and intense class. This course teaches you the different training methods that can be applied to your classes

There are many different riding positions and techniques used in group indoor cycling and this qualification teaches you all the required techniques to run successful classes.

As with all training modalities group indoor cycling requires structure to ensure participants gain progression towards their training goals. This course gives the required information to design and structure effective and progressive classes.

Due to the technicality of the group indoor cycling and the bike itself, this course covers the necessary planning needed to minimise risks within your classes.
