I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years & have worked for fx starting in 2003 as the master trainer & have travelled all over the world delivering masterclasses & workshops. In 2006 I became one of the stomp fx developers & still create the programme to date. I’m currently the programme coordinator for fx & T3, and in charge of sourcing and mixing the music.
From gymnast to chef, to exercise to music instructor to personal trainer, to course tutor to company director, Michael certainly knows the ins and outs of exercise, nutrition, health and fitness.
7 years graphic design experience and loving life in the fitness industry. Since a young age Danny has been in many football teams, tennis tournaments but due to injuries has focused more in the gym, although a comeback looks likely! Outside of TFI he loves to travel, attend many music festivals, cook, and go to the football every Saturday.
I manage the international business and, since joining TRAINFITNESS, I have become qualified in Level 2 Gym, T3 Workouts and Indoor Group Cycling. I took part in a 12-week body transformation and know the hard work required to be at peak condition, and I continue to train while adding further qualifications to my belt.
Qualified in Level 2 Gym, Level 3 Exercise Referral and Level 3 Assessing, I now make up part of the Learner Support team here at TRAINFITNESS. As well as having a passion for health and fitness I am a keen footballer, my biggest achievement outside of work was completing the Brighton Marathon in 2012.
I am from an accountancy background (MBA in management and is a Member of Institute of Financial Accountants), with experiences in multi-national companies. I work as an assistant accountant at Train Fitness. At the moment I am discovering London having arrived from Brighton to live in the big city. Outside of the office I love swimming!
A qualified personal trainer and journalist writing for the likes of Men’s Fitness, Attitude and The Guardian, I manage all things marketing at TRAINFITNESS. In my spare time, I’m either in the squat rack in the gym, training for Tough Mudder, or turning walks with my dog into an excuse for some outdoor cardio.
I have been involved in sports & the fitness industry since 1998, had many roles including running my own successful personal training company for over 10 years. I have a degree level education in sports science & business management. I have been involved educating fitness professionals for 8 years, through teaching, assessing & writing courses for TRAINFITNESS.

I have worked in the fitness industry for 20 years, working my way up from a gym instructor to a specialist in back care, sports massage and rehabilitation. I have always loved running, but have more recently started to challenge my strength and fitness by competing in fitness obstacle events such as Rock Solid and Bear Grylls.
I have been in the fitness Industry for 14 years. On completing my Diploma in Personal Training I set up my own business working with the general public, running clubs and rugby teams. My motivation has come from my personal fitness aspirations, which over the years has been largely focused on marathon training. I also wanted to offer people the opportunity to achieve their goals and build their confidence.
I am completing my apprenticeship as part of the Learner Support team here at TRAINFITNESS. I have previously played netball but starting here has rekindled my connection with fitness. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, traveling and attending festivals.
After becoming a part of the TRAINFITNESS leaner support team, I became inspired to start my own personal fitness journey. I decided to enroll onto the level 3 Diploma in teaching yoga qualification, which I am currently working to achieve. When I’m not getting my colleagues to practice the Downward Dog, I love giving students the good news that they’ve passed their modules.
Being surrounded by people who love fitness has fed my appetite for clean eating. I particularly love baking with alternative ingredients that taste good without the sugar. When I’m not baking, I work as the accounts administrator at TRAINFITNESS.
I began my career in fitness back in 2007 when I qualified as a Personal Trainer and Exercise to Music instructor. In 2010 I started tutoring and assessing fitness courses. Teaching has not only allowed me to share my passion for the fitness industry but develop my own knowledge and gain further qualifications in the industry.
I have 11 years’ experience in customer service and I love helping people. I found a passion for fitness and wellbeing after working in health clubs. I am currently working towards my Level 2 Gym qualification, and enjoy weight training, group exercise and finding alternative ways to keep fit outdoors, including horse riding and hiking.
I completed my Personal Training course here with TRAINFITNESS 2 years ago. I am now employed by the company as a Career Advisor helping others make the right decision when moving into the fitness industry.
A personal trainer for 7 years. I completed my teaching qualification with TRAINFITNESS in 2014 and started tutoring full time here in 2015. As well as a Sports Science degree from St Mary's University in London, I have studied and trained in Kung Fu for 16 years and have 3rd level black sash in Three Family Fist Kung Fu and a black belt in kickboxing.
After spending thirteen years as a ballroom dancer, I became a fitness instructor with TRAINFITNESS in 2007. I became a Learner Support Lead in 2009, and my passion for fitness still brings me to the gym where I love to workout. Deadlifts are my favourite exercise!
I have worked in the service industry since leaving school, and qualified teaching exercise to music in 1990. I joined the TRAINFITNESS team in 2012, looking after operations and building facilities. I still take part in exercise in music with fx workouts, and go to the gym at least five times a week.

I have a 1st Class Honors Degree in Sports Science, a Master’s Degree in High Performance Physiology. I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach & member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association. I am also an Animal Flow Master Instructor, a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Ricky Hatton’s Boxing Academy & I personal train a select number of clients & athletes.
Dill Sheikh is an experienced professional accountant and has worked in many industries. He has more years of experience than he wants to remember. He loves to spend a few hours at the gym trying out all the equipment including weights, treadmills, etc. He is always seeking new knowledge on nutrition. His latest interest is in organic food.
Tyrone Van Der Valk
Having qualified as a personal trainer in 2009, I hope to use my experience and expertise in the fitness industry to guide new personal trainers into making the best possible decision. Currently the only South African in the enrolment team, you’ll know when you’re through to Tyrone!
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and I’m now part of the Enrolments team at TRAINFITNESS. I regularly take part in running events and I’ve been practicing martial arts (primarily Wing Tsun) for the past 6 years. I also like to exercise my creative muscle with recreational animation & design projects and playing the guitar.
