I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 20 years’ experience offering personally tailored programmes. I offer one-to-one mat Pilates or Reformer, traditional resistance programmes and advice on posture and lifestyle.

My qualifications include Exercise Referral, Exercise for the Older Adult, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Exercise, and Pilates.

I am also a health and fitness tutor and assessor, helping people become qualified Personal Trainers or Exercise to Music Instructors.
