My qualifications include Exercise Referral, Exercise for the Older Adult, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Exercise, and Pilates.
I am also a health and fitness tutor and assessor, helping people become qualified Personal Trainers or Exercise to Music Instructors.
