Fitness Friday 17.07

Often those that become the best learn from the best…

Well that’s what we think!

This week’s #FitnessFriday comes from the incredible Zanna Van Dijk who is taking over the fitness world after qualifying with us earlier this year. Not only is Zanna one of Londons finest bloggers, she is also a whiz in the weights room!

What’s on the agenda Zanna?

Zannas Instagram: @zannavandijk

Full body circuit:

10 burpees, 10 press ups, 10 sit ups

9 burpees, 9 press ups, 9 sit ups

And so on until 1. Minimal rest between rounds, try and do it for time.

Leg burning circuit:

3 rounds of:

10 squat jumps

10 squat pulses

10 bodyweight squats

10 bodyweight lunges

20 curtsey lunges with double pulse each side

If you’re unsure on any of these exercises, have a quick look on Youtube or leave us a comment and we’ll be happy to explain!

Remember if you try the circuit, tag us and hashtag #FitnessFridays. You got this!

We were the first to offer online learning back in 2000, the first to offer digital media within an app for group exercise instructors and personal trainers, and have continued to develop technology-based tools designed to make the life of fitness professionals easier. We’re very happy to announce the release of our updated iOS App (Version 7). The TRAINFITNESS Mobile Student Desktop sees a number of performance and stability enhancements over the previous fitness fx and Fitness Industry Education apps and, when combined with the new web-based Student Desktop, creates are more integrated and unified user experience.

I first became aware of Train Fitness back in 2009 after qualifying as a Zumba Instructor and looking to further my knowledge in the industry. I’d researched many different providers and Train Fitness seemed to be the most competitive in price, and the most impressive in course. Not long after I became pregnant with my daughter and so my plans of becoming a Fitness Instructor were put on hold temporarily! Fast Forward to 2012 and I finally bit the bullet and signed up to do my ETM.
