Training to music is a uniquely personal thing. For one person, it’s Adele, for another its Vivaldi some might even workout best to Slipknot others Bloc Party , it’s entirely up to you. Whatever the choice there are many benefits to training to music including; mental focus, elevating your mood and improving motivation.
