The weekend is well deserved. You’ve worked hard and trained even harder, and so why not finish on a high? We turn to fitness duo #PairedUpPt’s to coach us through a Friday treat. This short, sweet and sweaty circuit is a combination of high intensity training styles including Tabata and circuits. It’s sure to challenge!

1 minute burpees
1 minute bear crawls
1 minute press ups
Circuit- 45s on each station 15s rest x3
Battle rope slams
Deconstructed Burpee (5 squat jumps, 5 press ups, 5 bunny hops)
Tabata Circuit- 20s work, 10s rest x8
Complete each exercise as an individual Tabata circuit
Cool down- 5 minute jog on treadmill
