The latest T3 workouts from TRAINFITNESS are now available. The third T3 release of 2016 has been designed specifically to help your clients achieve their fitness goals. Check out the v16.3 preview of each of the programmes below.

As always, there’s a great new music sound track to motivate your clients all the way through the workout.

 

T3 blast™ v16.3

If you think you’ve seen it all when it comes to dynamic bodyweight training, then think again! Want a complex that will challenge your core, co-ordination, strength and stability? Then look no further because right after Mobilization we are taking you to the ground and throwing down a ‘progressive and layered’ PHA complex which is fast-paced and truly challenges every muscle fibre you own! This is a mean-looking T3 blast workout!

T3 fight™ v16.3

T3 fighters are renowned for their fitness. It’s needed for this release! Tough Agility and Endurance complexes await and are designed to build work capacity into trunk, shoulder and arm muscles – keys areas for padwork and fight fitness. The rest periods are short at best, but fear not, you’ll be so focused on the movements that you’ll only realise just how tough it was once you reach the end. Keep a look out for the challenging footwork drills using speed ladders in Agility.

T3 pump™ v16.3

Pay close attention to those whole-body moves you’ll learn in the Mobility complex because you’ll revisit these again when you reach the Total Body Conditioning (TBC) component of this release. If you want to get lean and burn some serious Kcals, then this will do it. The complexity of the TBC workout is balanced nicely against the simplicity of the Propulsion complex. But remember, when the movements are refined, the intensity goes up!

T3 shred™ v16.3

Who remembers the old-skool star-jump? This timeless exercise is reborn in this release as it combines with the battle rope and other explosive movements. Simple? Yes! Quad extinguisher? Yes! But the hard work doesn’t end there as you’ll be ‘squat-popping’ the ViPRs within the partner drills and slamming the slam ball for the max number of reps you can muster in the Fitness Test.

T3 sprint™ v16.3

Full-throttle nervous system activation is the name of the game in the Speed-Strength complex of this release. Ground contact will be minimal, foot speed will be maximal and energy consumption will be super-charged as you react to the call of the T3 Coach. The Power Endurance complex is your ultimate challenge however, pulling moves together from all of the previous complexes. This is fast-paced all the way to the finish line!

T3 swing™ v16.3

This release provides double-trouble for your core as there are two complexes to work through which target the body's lynch-pin. Core-1 takes you through a dynamic sequence where the kettlebell stays overhead for the duration, whilst Core-2 is all about rotational stability and strength, where exercises such as the wood-chopper to halo are introduced. Your conditioning stimulus reaches its peak in the PHA complex where three exercises await, performed for just three reps each for as many rounds as you can push out!
