New T3 Release Now Available

The latest T3 workouts from TRAINFITNESS are now available. The fifth T3 release of 2016 has been designed specifically to help your clients achieve their fitness goals. Check out the v16.5 preview of each of the programmes below.

As always, there’s a great new music sound track to motivate your clients all the way through the workout.

Who wants poppin’ triceps?! Because that is exactly what’s on offer in this release of T3 blast where you’ll mix up some tough pivot planks using just 1-arm and 1-leg. Sound tough? It is! But wait, there is more to come in the Agility Complex where your speed up and down from the ground is tested with that single arm motion once again. Burn serious calories and build serious arm strength this time around with T3 blast!

T3 blast v16.5

T3 fight v16.5

In all fighting sports, quick feet are the route in for attack and the way out for defense, and this is why Complex 2 brings in some tough agility work using the speed ladders. Your fight-specific conditioning is put to the sword in Complex 4 where body kicks will test your single leg balance, your rotary power and your anaerobic engine. Don’t switch off for this release, you’ve got to go right to the final bell!

T3 pump v16.5

Ascending repetition pyramid + PHA = total body burn! By the end of this release, no muscle fibre will be left untouched as you work dynamically from deck to barbell and beyond! Prepare for some serious lactate build up in those quads too as you’ll be exploring the squat, squat raise and squat jump, through multiple stance set-ups. Look out for your Tabata HIIT protocol too as you stare down the barrel of Complex 5!

This release sees the medicine ball and slam ball feature, where dynamic partner drills will test your agility and core control. You’ll need to work together as the intensity builds because immediately after this you go it alone for the Speed Complex where full-throttle high-octane tempo is the name of the game. Variety is the spice of life in T3 shred so be ready for the multi-directional ViPR movements that arrive during Complex no.4.

T3 sprint v16.5

Sometimes simple is best, especially when power production is one of your key goals within a training session, but make no mistake, simple does not equate to easy, and you are about to find this out as you tackle the Strength-Speed Complex - 3 loaded jump squat variations will leave your legs quivering beneath you! Work capacity is also tested to the max with the Power Endurance Complex where multiple movement patterns are combined into a challenge circuit.

T3 swing v16.5

This release of T3 swing brings in the ultimate shoulder thrasher Complex where KB push presses and diagonal mountain climbers combine to test your metal. But it doesn’t end there, as your rest time diminishes depending upon the speed your partner is willing to work! Next up is the Core Complex where you’ll find unconventional dynamic core moves like duck walks, beast crawls and KB squat push-outs – function is the name of the game!
