Time is flying be, and with it so are our students. This week two groups have fled the FIE nest to head into the real world, otherwise known as the fitness industry. Luckily we’ve got them prepped to perfection and ready to make some of London’s finest fitness coaches.

This weeks #FitnessFriday comes with a bit of a twist as we turn to our fantastically fit student Nichola, who finished her intensive with us earlier this week. Nichola headed straight to Marbella post course to show off the beach body she worked so hard for, even throughout her studying. Whoever said time was an issue?

And so, in true Marbella style Nichola has put together a ‘booty blast’ HIIT circuit she powered through just moments before checking into a beach club for the day. We’re not jealous at all!

Over to you Nichola...

Warm up: 5 mins| 2% incline| Fast walk.

CV: 10 mins| 10% incline fast walk| Engage your glutes.

3 exercises

  1. Superset back squat with squat thrusters| 3 sets| 10 to 15 rep's| Up to 60s rest.
  2. Superset 10 paces walking lunges with overhead 5-10 kg plate into 10 jump squats| 3 sets|60s rest.
  3. Superset Box jumps into Burpees| 10 reps| 3 sets| 60s rest.

Cool down: 5 minutes on the treadmill| No gradient.

Stretch Hamstrings and Quads.
