The weekend is upon us! Another group of wonderful students have successfully completed week one of their journey in becoming top personal trainers and we couldn’t be prouder. Within this group we have Emily Furey, fitness model and health queen studying away to further her fitness education. When we have such expertise in house it’s important we utilise them fully and so this weeks #FitnessFriday is a Furey special. Check out her Instagram for a little weekend motivation…

Circuit - 30 seconds each station (6 stations) –

  • Burpees
  • Quick feet agility in & out of squares on the floor
  • Press ups
  • Battle ropes
  • Squat jumps
  • V Sit-ups
