My passion for health and fitness meant becoming a qualified personal trainer was the natural next step for me. I wanted to do a course that was credible and recognized in the fitness industry, and TRAINFITNESS had been recommended to me. They have been training people for 16 years, including top athletes, bodybuilders, bloggers and fitness models, so I knew I would be in good hands.
I chose to study the TRAINFITNESS Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training full-time. Not only has it meant that I have become a qualified personal trainer in just four weeks, but the fifth week of the course has given me qualifications in sports conditioning, outdoor fitness, business & marketing, and a Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral. During the course I also learnt about and certified in circuit training, group indoor cycling and T3 HIIT workouts.
Studying full-time meant having face-to-face instruction from my tutors, which I found really helpful, but I also got to enjoy the theory and practical work with the other students. It was great knowing the Learner Support team was there seven days a week if I needed it, and the TRAINFITNESS app meant I could also study on the go to fit it around all of my other commitments.
I’d definitely recommend TRAINFITNESS personal training courses. Their course has given me so much in a short space of time, and I’m excited about the next stage in my fitness career.
