T3 WORKOUT PROGRAMMES

T3 provides you with fast, effective workouts that can be delivered on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or even in a traditional group exercise setting. Each workout offers 30-minutes of high intensity exercise that adapts to the fitness level of each participant. An abbreviation of Train Track Transform, T3 sessions feature exercise sequences that are not choreographed and which can be performed with or without music on the gym floor, in the studio or outside..

Becoming a T3 Instructor

BECOMING A T3 INSTRUCTOR

To become a T3 instructor you must hold either a level 2 gym instructor qualification or a level 2 exercise to music qualification. If you have the necessary qualification then you must complete a T3 training weekend and a small amount of on-line learning material. Once the weekend and learning material have been completed you need simply subscribe to the programmes of your choice and start delivering.
