Learner Support: Aside from the contact you might receive from a tutor during any face to face component (if applicable), you will also have access to our dedicated Learner Support team to assist you with any study questions and queries. Our team are generally available via phone, email or through the Helpdesk Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm GMT, excluding Bank holidays and office closures. In addition, we run regular eClasses where you log into our free web conferencing software and interact with other students as a qualified tutor takes you through a guided learning session with PowerPoint presentations, videos, animations, quizzes and discussion groups. These sessions are scheduled on a variety of the core subjects every week.If you are unable to attend the eClasses or would like to hear them again in your own time, you can visit the eClass library where all classes are recorded and stored for you to listen to and watch in your own time. We encourage you to join our Facebook community where you may also meet fellow students and participate in our daily quizzes, all aimed to help you learn more about fitness and this fast growing industry. As you work through your course, you may be required to submit assignments or portfolios and participate in practical assessments. To further assist you, we offer a feedback service where you may submit your work or send in a video prior to your assessment. A qualified assessor will review your work and give you detailed feedback on both areas where you have done well and on where improvement is required.
