Learner Support – You’ll have access to our Learner Support team, dedicated to assisting you with study questions and queries. The team is generally available via phone, email or through the Helpdesk Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm GMT, excluding Bank holidays and office closures.
eClasses – We offer a library of eClasses on a variety of topics covered in your personal trainer course, during which we go over content and answer questions you might have about it. The library can be found in your Student Desktop, where an eClass can be viewed at the click of a button.
Feedback Service – During your exercise referral course you’ll be assessed in various ways, including via portfolio, and theory and practical assessments. You’re able to send us a video of what you intend to do for your practical assessment and or what you intend to submit as your portfolio beforehand and one of our qualified assessors will provide detailed feedback, both on areas you've done well in and areas that could use improvement. You just need to do this at least two weeks prior to the due date of the assessment or the submission date of the portfolio. Additional fees apply.
Optional Training Day – If you would like extra help or guidance with your course, we have training days scheduled around the country which you can book onto and attend. These days are held on two consecutive weekdays, two consecutive Saturdays, or two consecutive Sundays. Please contact Learner Support for more information. Training days are optional, therefore they’re not included in your course, nor in the cost of your course. Additional charges apply.
