A qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach provides invaluable guidance for the improvement of physical fitness attributes which underpin sports performance.
Scientific approaches allow the S&C Coach to successfully analyse the needs of the athlete via a systematic overview of sporting demands and existing athlete biomotor abilities. Effective planning and programming can then be implemented to help athletes peak for key tournaments and competitions, whilst training load is strategically monitored and recovery optimised.
This is a course written by one of the UK’s best S&C coaches, which shows you how to implement theory into practice. Start helping your client’s fulfill their athletic potential with the Level 4 qualification in Strength and Conditioning.
