GROUP WORKOUTS

To become a certified T3 trainer you must first have completed a level 2 gym qualification or level 2 exercise to music qualification. One of these qualifications is required beforehand to ensure you've been trained in exercise safety protocols. To find out more about becoming a level 2 gym instructor please Click Here.

If you have a level 2 qualification, to become a T3 trainer you must attend a T3 instructor training weekend. Over this weekend you will be taught the principle of T3 training methodology, how to deliver T3 workouts along with how to gain access to all current and new releases of the workouts.

T3 offers six different series of training each based on a specific training methodology e.g. T3 Fight is a blend of MMA based exercises, while T3 Swing is composed of kettlebell movements. The T3 training weekend qualifies you to deliver all six series, once completed you can simply choose which you wish to subscribe to. Once subscribed to a series you will have access to all past, present and future releases.

Once you've subscribed to a series of workouts they will become available via our web based and mobile application. Within the application you will find video content and written plans for each of the workouts which will be updated on a regular basis. So long as you are subscribed to a series you will have access to all past and new releases.

Use the T3 application to study the video content and start delivering the workouts to your clients. You can always keep the application to hand in case you get stuck.

We aim to release 6 new workouts within each of the workout series per year. So long as you remain subscribed to a workout series you will continue to receive these new and updated workouts.

EXERCISE TO MUSIC

Before completing the FX Instructor Training Day you must first have completed a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification. This is required to ensure you've been trained in exercise safety. If you've not yet completed this qualification, you can find more information on the fx ETM courses page.

If you're a qualified level 2 exercise to music instructor, to obtain FX instructor status you must attend an FX Instructor Training Day and complete a small amount of on-line study material. During this training you will be introduced to all the FX programmes, taught how and where to learn the choreography as well as receiving some tutoring from our team of fitness experts.

FX offers four different series of training each based on a specific training methodology e.g. Fight FX is a blend of MMA based movements, while Pump FX is composed of barbell exercises. The FX training weekend qualifies you to deliver all four series, once completed you can simply choose which you wish to subscribe to. Once subscribed to a series you will have access to all past, present and future releases.

Within the application you will find video content and written plans for each of the programmes which will be updated on a regular basis. So long as you are subscribed to a series you will have access to all past and new releases.

Use the FX application to study the video content and choreography. Once you're familiar with it you can start delivering it to your group exercise classes. We provide a frame work for the classes but feel free to alter the choreography to put your own spin on things.

We aim to release 3 new programmes within each of the series per year. So long as you remain subscribed to a workout series you will continue to receive these new and updated choreography.
