While suspension training is a relatively new training method, its underlying principles are incredibly well founded.

Suspension training uses particular apparatus such as the TRX or Human Trainer to provide a whole body workout by using gravity as resistance as you perform various exercises. Repositioning your body or even parts of your body can increase or decrease the level of intensity, and provides a wide array of exercise possibilities. Suspension training can help add variety to your clients’ sessions in the gym, and can also be used for exercise outdoors or at home.
