This one-day Training & Assessment Day is conducted in real-time and is not a pre-recorded video.

Our Suspension Training course is recognised by CIMSPA.
A basic level of English and Maths is necessary to understand the Suspension Training course content.
As a minimum, you must hold a level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing qualification or equivalent.
The Suspension Training course requires physical exertion, therefore a degree of physical fitness is necessary. Relevant personal experience participating in suspension training classes is helpful.
Once enrolled, you’ll be equipped with everything you need to complete the Suspension Fitness course and begin coaching clients. However, our Success Coaches are always available to help you with your course questions.
Our Success Coaches are fitness specialists who will not only assist you in passing the course but will also advise you on how to become a skilled Suspension Fitness coach.
