TEACH SUSPENSION TRAINING WORKOUTS
While suspension fitness is a relatively new training method, its underlying principles are incredibly well founded. Suspension training uses particular apparatus such as the TRX or Human Trainer and engages the core while manipulating your bodyweight to create challenging and variable exercises. Using suspension training techniques can help add variety to your clients' sessions in the gym, but it can also be used outside of the gym environment for exercise outdoors or in the home environment.
