You will achieve the Focus Awards Level 3 Award in Ante & Post Natal Exercise qualification upon successful completion of our Antenatal and Postnatal Fitness Instructor course, the certificate for which will be issued by the awarding organisation.
The course is also recognised by CIMSPA, and meets the criteria for official American College of Sports Medicine Approved Provider status◊.
A basic level of English and Maths is necessary to understand the Antenatal and Postnatal Fitness Instructor course content.
As a minimum, you must hold a current, valid Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
