You will achieve the Focus Awards Level 3 Award in Ante & Post Natal Exercise qualification upon successful completion of our Antenatal and Postnatal Fitness Instructor course & associated TAP, the certificate for which will be issued by the awarding organisation.
The course & TAP is also recognised by CIMSPA, and meets the criteria for official American College of Sports Medicine Approved Provider status◊.
A basic level of English and Maths is necessary to understand the Antenatal and Postnatal Fitness Instructor course content.
As a minimum, you must hold a Level 3 Pesonal Trainer qualification.
