Sports Massage Course Study Options
The Sports Massage course is offered as In-Person Full Time & Part Time Weekend Study Options.
After enroling, you will have access to the Sports Massage Clinics, assessments, the Learner Success team.
Full Time
In-Person
Home study plus a practical, In-Person Sports Massage Clinic that you participate in at our London centre. The Full Time Clinic is held Monday to Friday, plus the following Monday.
You will:
- Complete as home study the online course material, online theory assessments and portfolio.
- Book onto and participate in a scheduled Sports Massage Clinic. View dates.
- Complete your practical assessment on the last day of your Sports Massage Clinic.
- Complete 10 hours of additional sports massage treatments, recording client & treatment details in your Sports Massage Log Book.
- Submit via our Help Desk a copy of your completed portfolio & log book.
Part Time Weekend
In-Person
Home study plus a practical, In-Person Sports Massage Clinic that you participate in at our London centre. The Part Time Weekend Clinic is held over three (3) consecutive weekends.
You will:
- Complete as home study the online course material, online theory assessments and portfolio.
- Book onto and participate in a scheduled Sports Massage Clinic. View dates.
- Complete your practical assessment on the last day of your Sports Massage Clinic.
- Complete 10 hours of additional sports massage treatments, recording client & treatment details in your Sports Massage Log Book.
- Submit via our Help Desk a copy of your completed portfolio & log book.

Recognition
You will achieve the relevant Focus Awards Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage upon successful completion of the Sports Massage course.
The Sports Massage course is also recognised by Sports Therapy Association and meets the criteria for official American College of Sports Medicine Approved Provider status◊.
Prerequisites
You’ll need a basic level of English and Maths to understand the Sports Massage course content.
There are no qualification prerequisites for our Sports Massage course.
Our sports massage training requires a degree of physical exertion a, therefore a basic level of physical fitness is necessary. Relevant personal experience of massage therapies will be helpful.
