You’ll earn the Level 3 Award in First Aid for Mental Health (RQF), a national qualification listed on the Regulated Qualifications Framework. It covers what mental health is and what affects it, recognising conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychosis, eating disorders, self-harm and suicide, stress and the effects of alcohol and substances, giving advice and practical support, and creating a first aid action plan for mental health in the workplace.
