During this first part of your low back pain management course you will explore how common low back pain issues are and how they affect the population. You will also learn about how complex these issues can be and the things you must consider as a trainer working with clients who suffer from low back pain.

Becoming a specialist in low back pain requires you to have an in-depth understanding of the spine. This module covers spine anatomy in detail and provides you with the knowledge you will need on-going.

Old habits die hard and eliminating low back pain can be a tiring and lengthy process. It is essential that clients remain motivated and are aware of the issues on a day-to-day basis to help encourage behaviour change e.g. adjusting seating position at work. This low back pain management course will provide you with an armoury of motivational techniques to help keep your clients on track.
