Technology is great, but sometimes we need a little help. Here are some helpful tips on how to use technology throughout your course.
The Student Desktop will allow you to upload videos up to 2GB. Therefore you may need to compress your video to reduce the file size. Here are two services you can use.
At times you may need to merge a number of PDF documents into one. www.smallpdf.com can help with that.
If you have printed paperwork you’d like to send in but don’t have a scanner, then Adobe Scan can help you with this. It’s available on Android & iOS devices.
Contact the Learner Support Team is simple. Just go to the Learner Support area in the web-based Student Desktop or in the TRAINFITNESS app.
Once you have completed the online theory for your course, you may now be able to move onto the practice Online Theory Assessment (OTA).
To access the OTA, go into the Assessment & Training Day section, then into your course Online Theory Assessment. Read the guidelines carefully before proceeding to the exam.
