ADVANCED STRETCHING COURSE

There are many different types of stretching and ways to progress them. This course studies the different types of stretches and how to deliver them.

Stretches can be carried out with or without equipment. This course looks at how equipment can assist with advanced stretching techniques.

As with all training techniques stretching needs to be programmed appropriately to help ensure goals are met. This course looks at when stretching should be included in a programme along with the types of stretches to be prescribed.

As this is an advanced stretching course, it includes some examples of advanced stretching strategies and matrices for different areas of the body.
