Michael Betts

Michael started his career in the fitness industry in 1985 as a group exercise instructor. He started one of the very first Personal Training companies in Brisbane, Australia in the late '80s. He then shared his knowledge and skills, moving into education and training in the early '90s, opening his first training company, The Institute for Fitness Professionals (Queensland). After many years of presenting at international fitness conventions, in '98 he moved to the United Kingdom and started TRAINFITNESS. Under Michael's stewardship, TRAINFITNESS has become one of the largest training providers of fitness qualifications in the UK. He has a passion for fitness which he applies to every aspect of his life.
