Steele Williams

Having been in the fitness industry for over 30 years, Steele is a Co-founder of TRAINFITNESS. He was one of the first Personal Trainers in Brisbance Australia back in the '90s. On moving to the United Kingdom in 2000, he started work at London's Harbour Club where he quickly became a well known for training many celebrities including Mel B, Bjork, Elle Macpherson, Max Beesley, Melanie Sykes and many more. He was a presenter on the FAt Academy televions show in 2003. His passion lies in nutrition and healthy living, being a strong advocate for micro-stresses placed on the body to stimulate mitochondrial health.
