Learner Support: Aside from the contact you might receive from a tutor during any face to face component (if applicable), you will also have access to our dedicated Learner Support team to assist you with any study questions and queries. Our team are generally available via phone, email or through the Helpdesk Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm GMT, excluding Bank holidays and office closures.
eClasses: Our tutor support team hold regular eclasses on a variety of topics where they will explain course content in detail and answers any questions you may have on the topic. A full schedule of eclasses can be found in your online learning environment and can be booked at the click of a button. All eclasses are recorded and added to our learning library if you are unable to attend or you'd like to hear them again. In addition to tutor support and virtual classes we also offer an assessor feedback service.
Feedback Service: Before you submit your work you will be able to send it to one of our qualified assessors who will provide detailed feedback on both areas you've done well and areas that could use improvement.
