Easy to use and tutors respond to all questions in a timely manner.

I chose TRAINFITNESS to do distance learning with as it fit perfectly around my work commitments at the time. I was already running my own business and I was able to study when I wanted at my own pace. It was not possible to do intensive residential study and distance learning was my only option. I planned on finishing the course within 6 months when I first signed up but due to changes in my own circumstances it ended up taking nearly 2 years to complete my Level 3! The online learning portal is easy to use and tutors respond to all questions in a timely manner, whether it be payment questions or regarding certification. It never felt like distance learning and I knew I could always get an answer at the click of a button! I would also like to add that since completing my level 3 cert only last week I have just been offered some hours in a gym, even after never working in a gym before.

Despite my chosen study option, you never feel on your own as the friendly & approachable support team are always just an email or phone call away, responding very quickly and full of helpful advice. The distance learning fits in perfectly as I know there is never pressure to meet deadlines meaning it’s a very enjoyable and relaxed option to choose. I chose to do a distance learning based course with TRAINFITNESS. I chose this study route so that I could work around my full time work schedule and complete the online work when it suited me. I enjoyed the freedom and responsibility of completing the theory work in my own time but then I also enjoyed going into head office for my shadowing and assessment days. The course material was easy to follow and allowed me to understand with full knowledge. Also the tutor support was very good and i always knew that if i would call or email i would receive acknowledgement and help straight away. The TRAINFITNESS team have always been supportive, welcoming and professional to work with and the distance study course was a perfect option for me as i could continue my work and life schedule as normal..

Excellent course, the staff knowledge and expertise made for a good learner experience.

As part of our agreement with YMCA, as a centre we must have an IQA (s) in place to QA all of the course we deliver. We began to search where we could undertake the course locally, we found several courses but they were financially challenging as we were looking in excess of £3000.00. We then discovered TRAINFITNESS online and the qualification was almost a 5th of the cost in comparison to completing the it locally. The registration process was quick and simple online and we were immediately given support online and also on the end of the phone. The distance learning was excellent for us as were able to spend time when we had it available to complete the tasks and collate the evidence required. Once all of the evidence was collected we booked on to an assessment day in London, which again was hassle free and the staff provided with a good experience in a realistic environment. Overall the course was excellent and the staff knowledge and expertise made for a good learner experience.
