Procedures and practice carried out by our personnel involved in the delivery, assessment and verification of the qualifications we deliver are subject to quality assurance monitoring and audits by the appropriate awarding organisation.
We maintain effective quality assurance by ensuring relevant staff meet the requirements of our internal quality assurance process; our qualification assessment methods are verified as fit for purpose; internal quality assurance is promoted as a developmental process; a sample of assessor work from the qualifications we deliver is reviewed to ensure standards are consistently met; an annual internal quality assurance plan is scheduled, actioned and reviewed; secure records of internal quality assurance activity are maintained; consistent and standardised internal quality assurance documentation; and the outcome of internal quality assurance standardisation enhances future delivery and assessment practice.
Learner feedback is noted through learner evaluation, communication and support interaction. This feedback is reviewed as part of the quality assurance cycle and, where appropriate, informs actions to support continuous improvement.
