Delivery Policy

Products

Products are defined as goods sold by Train Fitness International Limited (‘TFI’, ‘Us’, ‘We’, or ‘Our’) and by TFI on behalf of other third party sellers who advertise on Our site. For the avoidance of doubt, courses are not included in the definition of Products: they are included in the definition of Course Materials. The Delivery Policy for Products does not apply to courses. For information about courses, please see the section below titled ‘Course Materials’.

When your CD, DVD or printed publication order (‘Product Order’) has been accepted by Us, We will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (‘Confirmation’) to the e-mail address you have given Us on ordering. The Product Order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation. Product Orders are normally processed and shipped the next working day (‘Shipment Date’). Product Orders within the UK will normally be received 1-3 working days from the Shipment Date. Product Orders to be delivered to an address outside the UK will normally be received 3-10 working days from the Shipment Date.

Product Orders are normally despatched by Royal Mail. If you wish to have your Product Order shipped by any other method, including FedEx or DHL, please contact [email protected] for pricing prior to placing your Product Order.

Course Materials

Course Materials are defined as digital content and/or learning services relating to the course/s on which you have Enrolled. For the avoidance of doubt, the Delivery Policy for Course Materials applies to courses.

When your application has been accepted by Us (‘Enrolled’ or ‘Enrolment’) you will be granted immediate access to the Course Materials.
