Paul McKenzie

Paul has been working in the fitness industry in several capacities since 1988. His journey started as a Kung Fu Instructor in South London shortly after he had been crowned World Champion in the martial art called Sam’Tu-Dang. He then progressed to teaching a range of Exercise to Music classes throughout London and Surrey. Paul first started personal training in 1990 and has worked with a number of actors and sports professionals in several Health Clubs and outdoors. He also has extensive experience running pre-season fitness training camps for semi-professional football clubs and has worked for several years with junior athletes based at a club in South London. In an attempt to find other ways to help the general public and in particular, those with a strong sporting background, Paul qualified as a Sports Therapist and Sports Masseur in the mid-90s and has helped a vast number of athletes prepare for competition and overcome their injuries. Further success in the martial arts came with Paul being part of the Kyokushin Karate National Team Champions and he continues to train in the martial arts. As an educator Paul has worked in several centres of learning over the last 20 years and continues to enjoy being a part of the fitness industry, training four times a week and helping others on their journey.
