Paul has been working in the fitness industry in several capacities since 1988. His journey started as a Kung Fu Instructor in South London shortly after he had been crowned World Champion in the martial art called Sam’Tu-Dang. He then progressed to teaching a range of Exercise to Music classes throughout London and Surrey. Paul first started personal training in 1990 and has worked with a number of actors and sports professionals in several Health Clubs and outdoors.
