Our Advanced CPD Bundle gives you access to five courses; Advanced Stretching, Padwork, Olympic Lifting, Suspension Fitness and Kettlebells. You will study online and then book onto our five day practical clinic.

Our CPDs are recognised by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).

Frequently asked questions

Are you CPD courses recognised?

Yes, by REPs and ACSM.

What do I need to attend?

The CPD Bundle course is delivered part time. You’ll complete as home study the online course material and once completed you’ll book onto and attend an assessment day on which you’ll enjoy practical tuition, hand in your portfolio and perform your practical assessment.

What are the prerequisites?

A basic level of English and Maths is necessary to understand the content.

You’ll hold either a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym-based Exercise), or a Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training.

The Suspension Fitness course requires physical exertion and individual participation is essential, therefore a degree of physical fitness is necessary. Relevant personal experience of suspension training e.g. TRX, is helpful.

What support is available during the Suspension Training course?

Learner Support – As well as the support you receive from your tutor during the Suspension Fitness assessment day, you’ll also have access to our Learner Support team, on hand to assist you with study questions and queries. The team is generally available via phone, email or through the Help Desk Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm; and Saturday and Sunday 11am to 4pm GMT, excluding bank holidays and office closures.
